A few weeks ago a group of us went down the Marysvale Canyon Bike Trail. It was fun and even though we went DOWN it was still hard! It was 7.5 miles....or at least it was supposed to be but Tyson and I parked in Joseph instead of the parking lot at the end of the trial. So when we finished the bike trail, half the group finished the last 3 miles to Joseph to bring the car back up to the rest of us who were too pooped to go any further ;)

And found an old railroad tunnel. It was really neat, the black on the top is from the engine smoke from trains going through
By the end this is how we were ALL feeling...
