Halloween Party 2014

I don't know when I decided to throw a Halloween Party every year but now it's tradition!  I LOVE dressing up (can't say the same for Tyson) and I love parties and hosting activities.
Here's a few of the games we played: Acorn Transfer

Cookie Face Race
Orange Body Race
Penny Hose
Separation Anxiety
Mummy Wrap

Jaxton goes to Preschool!

When did this happen?!  When did my baby boy get so big?!!  He can't be old enough to go to school yet!  But he is!  And he LOVES it!  He goes to Miss Ashlie and Miss Lindsey in Aurora and loves to come home and do his homework right away (I hope that attitude sticks)

Madyx wanted her pictures taken too!

When I told her to smile...this is what I got...

Monster Truck Show

We took the kids to the monster truck show and they loved it.  Well Jax did, Madyx wash unsure.  It was fun to go down and stand by the trucks to get a better understanding of how big they REALLY are!

Yes her daddy spoils her by letting her drink Diet Coke, actually both my kids love it!  When we go to restaurants and the waiter asks what we want to drink, Jaxton orders himself a Diet Coke...every time!  (I of course tell them to get him a root beer instead and he doesn't even know the difference)

Lake Powell

Oh how I love Lake Powell!  This trip may have been my favorite trip we have made out there!  We had my entire family there (minus Ella) and also my grandma came!!  We rented a house boat since we were bringing babies and it was so nice!  After spoiling ourselves I don't know if I'll ever camp out on the beach again... Here are a few (a lot) pictures to show how much fun we had!
McCall getting launched off the blob
 Kami

The look of terror...
JaRelle
Tyson
McCall and Kami synchronised back flips!
 We made a waterside!
Dave showing off on the wake board!
It got really windy one day and the houseboat next to ours came unanchored and ran into our boat We were holding the two boats together (when I say "we" I mean the boys).  The other boat didn't know how to get their boat started so my dad jumped over and stared it right up saving us all from more damage then just a broken window on top, large scratch on the side of our boat, and tangled broken ropes.  Luckily no one was hurt although we almost witnessed a beheading from a guy on the other boat who almost didn't move out of the way in time when our boats were being pulled apart.
That did put a damper on things but we didn't let it spoil our fun!

Sadie didn't like her life jacket too much...

Even though they don't look like it, I promise the kids had a blast!
